SLC works in conjunction with the Production Scheduling & Control module to provide rationalisation and control of products across multiple sites.
The Specification & Label Control module will provide:
Centralised control of all product specification attributes;
Centralised control of all label specification attributes;
Automated specification dissemination to all sites and systems, with full audit facilities;
Quality assurance procedures and controls for all product and label specifications;
Automatic dissemination of changes to all plants and force quality assurance acceptance procedures before the specification is made available to production.
