Production System (PS)

The software comprises of the Production In-feed module, the Weigh/Label System and the Yield & Recovery Analysis module. The Production In-feed and Weigh/Label System software modules utilise data from CCC's:

• Specification & Label Control module and;
• Production Scheduling & Control module.

CCC's Production Room System facilitates traceability of products during processing by recording:

• Run and batch allocations and;
• Each carton ID including the exact time of packing. 

  Production In-feed (PI)

  CCC specifies a PI station at the entry to each production room. Each station will consist of a CCC Touchscreen terminal with a tethered barcode scanner which will interface with a track scale/indicator to weigh product in the production room.The PI system allows:
  • Production run set-up
  • Production run summaries
  • Production room reconciliation reports
  • Validation of specific products.
  • Receive product by scale
  • Scan tickets to remove inventory
  • Calculate production points for staff payments

  Each PI station can perform the following multiple functions:

  • Production Room In-feed.  Room input gathers all necessary input data for production room performance and recovery analysis data.
  • Production Numbers and Tally. PI provides the ability to allocate production numbers per chain, compute chain speed accordingly, to keep track of tally points and provide tally reporting by chain and by shift.
  • Chiller Assessment. Chiller assessment data can be downloaded from RF Handheld Terminals or from Viascan systems or input via the Touchscreen.
