Stand Alone Label Applicator

As the name implies, the Stand-Alone Applicator is designed to stand beside an existing conveyor line and to be installed with a minimum of fuss. This model is built around a sturdy frame on a four-point base. Utilising the on board industrial PC running Cedar Creek’s Applicator Software all printing, label creation and product database requirements are contained in one stand-alone unit. These units are highly configurable and suitable for carton or pallet application.

Operation

Labels are applied via a vacuum wheel on the end of a jointed arm taking the labels from the printer and ‘rolling’ them gently onto the cartons or pallets to be labelled. One machine can apply either one or two labels to one side or two adjacent sides of cartons or pallet, allowing GS1 compliant labelling.
