Motion Series Weigh Label System
Trade Certified High Performance Automatic Weigh Labelling System.
Cedar Creek Company has recently developed a new automatic weigh labelling system- the M-Series. Our engineering team designed the new system to compliment our existing range of equipment. It is able to weigh and label cartons or crates at a rate of 30 per minute with consistent label accuracy. The M-Series has been built from the ground up and has been designed to meet the demanding production needs of modern processing plants.
Features include:
- Impressive production speed of 30 cartons/crates per minute
- Ability to run a mix of carton and crate sizes with no set up changes required.
- High performance labelling unit incorporating a 300DPI industrial print engine and 300mm label roll capacity. (4” and 6 “ printing widths available)
- Durable and hygienic design built to withstand the rigours of the food processing industry and tolerant to hygienic wash downs.
- Quality third party parts have been utilised to ensure excellent mean time between breakdowns. Design criteria included a maximum of 15 minutes mean time to repair.
- Reliable simple design for ease of maintenance, all stainless steel construction.
Cedar Creek’s Carton Weigh Software Module was enhanced by our software team to provide the perfect backbone for the system. Enhanced features include:
- The same software is being deployed onto manual weigh label systems within the plants to ensure the same look and feel for operators minimising training required.
- Transaction times are extremely fast.
- Identification of cartons and crates via the pre-id allows separate label positions to be controlled without operator involvement.
- Pre-labelled fixed weight cartons/crates can be automatically weighed and recorded into production allowing giveaway reporting to be available.
The four machines in the series are:
M100
In-feed device
M200
In-Motion Weigh Scale
M300
Labelling conveyor complete with a Tamp or Tamp/Blow high performance label applicator.
M400
Sort unit which diverts a carton in up to three possible directions or more commonly two directions plus a reject lane.
